Position: Office Executive Location Preference: Candidates residing near South Mumbai preferred Gender: Male / Female Pay Scale: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (negotiable, based on capability) Office Time: 9.30am-6.30pm Key Responsibilities: Handle daily office administrative tasks efficiently Coordinate with Regional Committees and members Manage banking-related coordination and follow-ups Coordinate commercial matters with Accounts Team Monitor daily membership-related activities and issues Support execution of programs and events Maintain and organize back-office documentation Draft official communication, letters, and reports Maintain digital records and filing systems Assist in operational planning and coordination Skills & Requirements: Complete hands-on knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Proficiency in Google Drive and online documentation tools Prior experience in office administration / coordination preferred Strong problem-solving ability and proactive approach Good communication skills in English & Hindi (written and verbal) Strong vocabulary and drafting skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Willingness to learn and upgrade skills in AI tools and digital automation Professional attitude and team coordination skills Additional Preferred Qualities: Experience working with associations or membership-based organizations Basic accounting coordination knowledge Event coordination experience Organized and detail-oriented personality
