We are hiring for Land Surveyor Position.
Experience - 2-3- years
MUST HAVE Total station/GPS Survey exp
Core Responsibilities
- Boundary Definition: Research historical land titles, public records, and legal deeds to identify and mark exact property lines.
- Data Collection: Use specialized equipment (like GPS receivers, total stations, 3D scanners, and drones) to measure distances, angles, and elevations on-site.
- Map & Report Creation: Analyze field data to draft detailed sketches, topographic maps, and legal property descriptions.
- Collaboration: Work alongside civil engineers, architects, and construction managers to provide site assessments and ensure project alignment
Key Skills & Requirements
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of geomatic principles, geometry, and trigonometry.
- Technology: Ability to use Geographic Information System (GIS) and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
