Experience Required
Role Summary The HR Executive will manage both recruitment and day-to-day HR operations to support workforce growth and employee lifecycle processes. In an RCM environment, this usually means handling hiring coordination, onboarding, attendance support, employee records, and policy compliance. Core Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer follow-up, and onboarding. Support HR operations such as employee documentation, attendance, leave tracking, and HR record maintenance. Coordinate with hiring managers and department heads to understand manpower requirements and closure timelines. Assist in employee relations, grievance handling, and internal communication. Support compliance activities, policy implementation, and HR reporting.
Candidate Requirement
2–4 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in BPO/ITES, RCM, or healthcare outsourcing. Skills Required Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills are essential for this role. Familiarity with ATS/HR systems and experience in full-cycle recruiting are commonly expected as well.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent. MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred for better candidate fit.
Technical Qualification
Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word); experience with HRMS/ATS is a plus
