Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities in retail, corporate, and distribution channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitor activity
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth product delivery
- Manage product listings and visibility in retail outlets and online platforms
- Generate regular sales reports and forecasts
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1–4 years of sales experience (FMCG or food industry preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Knowledge of local market and distribution networks is a plus
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in ready-to-eat or packaged food sales
- Ability to handle B2B and B2C sales channels
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel
