Salary: ₹13,000 to ₹15,000 per month + Travel Allowances + Attractive Target-Based Incentives

As we expand across India, we are looking for energetic and persuasive Sales Promoters to showcase our premium products directly to consumers and boost store sales.
The Role
We are looking for an outgoing, highly motivated Sales Promoter to be the face of Kshetra Foods at key retail outlets and market hubs. In this role, you will engage directly with walk-in customers, introduce them to our traditional wellness products, conduct product demonstrations and convert interest into immediate sales. Your ultimate goal is to drive daily counter sales and hit monthly volume targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Engagement & Spot Sales
- Direct Selling: Actively approach customers walking into the stores, understand their needs, health problems and pitch Kshetra products.
- Product Education: Explain the health benefits of our cold-pressed oils, ancient grains and spices using simple, impactful talking points.
- Target Achievement: Focus daily on converting customer inquiries into purchases to meet individual monthly sales targets.
2. Store & Stock Management
- Stock Monitoring: Track stock levels at your assigned counters and coordinate with the stockist or sales team to ensure timely replenishment.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure Kshetra products are cleanly displayed, well-organized, and placed prominently at eye level on store shelves.
- Promo Execution: Set up and manage any ongoing company promotional offers, tasting sessions or counter banners.
3. Reporting & App Tracking
- Daily Sales Logging: Maintain clear daily records of products sold, stock remaining, and customer feedback.

Candidate Requirements
- Education: Any degree holder with good communication skills can apply. BBA graduates are welcome.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Tamil is mandatory to connect with local shoppers. Basic knowledge of English or Hindi is an added advantage.
- Personality: Energetic, confident, polite and comfortable striking up conversations with strangers.
