Atomlife Healthcare is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to promote and expand the market presence of ATOMSHIELD Surgical and Pharmaceutical Products across hospitals, healthcare institutions, clinics, and medical establishments in the Kottayam and Alappuzha regions. The role involves developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with hospital decision-makers, and achieving sales targets through effective field activities. The responsibilities are aligned with common healthcare business development and hospital relationship-management roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell ATOMSHIELD Surgical & Pharma Products to hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and healthcare institutions.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Meet Hospital Administrators, Purchase Managers, Doctors, Biomedical Departments, and Key Decision Makers.
- Generate leads, conduct product presentations, and convert prospects into customers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Conduct regular field visits and market surveys.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Coordinate with internal departments for quotations, product deliveries, and customer support.
- Submit daily activity reports, visit reports, and sales updates.
- Ensure timely collection and follow-up of payments from customers where applicable.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply (training will be provided).
- Prior experience in Pharma, Surgical, Medical Devices, or Healthcare Sales will have added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven personality.
- Ability to work independently and travel extensively within Kottayam and Alappuzha.
