Position Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and well-connected Executive CSR Funding & Liaisoning to manage CSR
partnerships, government coordination, project planning, and documentation processes. The candidate will
play a key role in securing CSR funding, maintaining corporate and institutional relationships, and ensuring
smooth execution of social impact projects.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and approach companies, corporates, trusts, foundations, and institutions for CSR funding opportunities.
·Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate CSR heads, government departments, NGOs, and other stakeholders.
·Prepare CSR proposals, presentations, budgets, project reports, and impact reports.
·Coordinate with government and regulatory departments for approvals, registrations, and liaisoning activities.
·Plan, execute, and monitor CSR projects and social initiatives effectively.
·Ensure timely submission of documentation, compliance reports, utilization certificates, and related paperwork.
·Work closely with management for fundraising strategies and partnership development.
·Maintain databases and records related to CSR projects, donors, and government communications.
·Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with prospective CSR partners.
·Support branding and communication activities related to CSR initiatives and events.
·Monitor project implementation timelines and ensure smooth on-ground execution.
·Stay updated with CSR regulations, compliance requirements, and industry trends.
Required skills and Qualifications
·Preferably MBA / Post Graduate in Management, Social Work, Public Relations, or related field.
·Minimum 5+ years of experience in liaisoning, CSR funding, fundraising, or project management.
·Strong network and connections with corporates, government departments, and CSR stakeholders.
·Thorough knowledge of CSR funding processes, project planning, and execution.
·Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
·Strong documentation and reporting abilities.
·Knowledge of CSR Documentation & compliance, and government procedures will be preferred.
·Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
·Proficiency in MS Office, presentations, and report preparation.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
