Roles & Responsibilities:
- Understand and coordinate with clients for their requirements and arrange samples
- accordingly.
- Responsible for fabric follow ups, fabric calculations & Design and colour approvals.
- Meeting with the foreign & local buyers & suppliers, as and when required.
- Communicate with clients for addressing their query, concerns or any other clarification.
- Update clients regarding the order status.
- Coordinate with Design team for development of new design as per client’s requirement and forwarding the developments to them.
- Costing and Negotiation with customer.
- Follow up with the sampling team for Hangers and Samples.
- Creation & Maintenance of database.
- Preparation of PO in ERP system.
- Coordination and execution with production team for timely delivery with quality.
- Coordinate with the Export department and provide shipment details to the customer.
- Communicate with Accounts team for payment details and closure of the order.
- Day to day follow up with the clients and internal teams.
- Maintaining all necessary documents for record purpose.
Qualifications:
- Any Graduate with First Class.
- Should have 6 to 8 years of experience as Merchandising Manager in handling Export Merchandising operations
- Candidate from Fabric Manufacturing Company background is mandatory.
- Should have good understanding of product and requirement.
- Should have commercial awareness.
- Should have travelled independently for meeting the customer and order finalisation.
- Should have Good computer skills and knowledge.
- Experience in interacting with internal / external customers to understand the requirement.
- Good Communication (Written & Verbal), strong Negotiation skill and Time Management.
- People Management skills
- ERP knowledge will be preferable
Working Days:
Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday off)
10:00 am to 6:30 pm
