About the Role (Overview)
We are looking for dynamic and experienced HR to manage core HR functions at our apparels
Factory unit. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working in a Factory
environment, with a strong understanding of labor laws, compliance, and workforce
management, HR Policies, labor hiring and employee grievance handling.
How You Will Add Value (Core responsibilities)
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and maintain positive employee
relations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and factory regulations.
- Coordinate with government authorities for audits, inspections, and licensing activities.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Implement HR policies and ensure adherence across factory and office operations.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives.
- Support training and development programs to enhance workforce capabilities.
- Prepare HR reports and provide workforce-related insights to management.
What You Bring to The Team (Experience & Education)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related
- Upto 4 years of relevant experience in the apparel/textile industry.
- Strong understanding of HR operations in a manufacturing setup.
- Familiarity with labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
- Ability to handle field-level challenges and workforce dynamics.
