Business Development Executive
Location: Panaji, Goa (In-Office)
Please Note: This is a full-time, in-office role based in Panaji, Goa. This is not a remote or work-from-home position.
Growth Gravy is a performance-driven digital marketing agency that partners with businesses to help them scale through innovative marketing strategies and measurable results. We're looking for a Business Development Executive who is passionate about building relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and helping businesses achieve their goals.

What You'll Do
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
- Connect with business owners, founders, and decision-makers to understand their business challenges and marketing goals.
- Conduct discovery calls, client meetings, and presentations to recommend Growth Gravy's digital marketing solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and successful closure.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Collaborate with the Strategy, Marketing, and Client Success teams to create tailored solutions for prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, manage the sales pipeline, and consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
- Stay informed about digital marketing trends and industry developments to confidently engage with clients.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Client Servicing, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role.
- Experience in a Digital Marketing Agency, Advertising Agency, Branding Agency, SaaS, IT Services, or B2B services is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
You'll Stand Out If You Have
- Experience selling digital marketing or technology solutions.
- Basic understanding of SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media Marketing, Branding, or Website Development.
- Confidence in engaging with founders, business owners, and senior decision-makers.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
