Roles & Responsibilities
BOTH Male / Female Candidate is preferred.
Manage, track, receive ,sort incoming payments
Manage account statuses
Identify inconsistencies
Regularly update accounts receivable database
Inform clients on their outstanding debts and deadlines
Answer clients' requests and address problems
Create Quotations / Sales Orders / Proforma Invoices / Invoices / DC’s
Prepare and present report to your supervisor
Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery
Proactively pursue new business opportunities
Correctly document customer charges into financial data system assisting finance department in billing process as needed
Remain knowledgeable as well as up-to-date on all offerings, pricing restrictions
Respond to requests from customers for information, developing delivering presentations, quotes, proposals, and also related information as required.
Prospect generate sales with new customers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
