- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Provide accurate information about the organization's services and programs.
- Follow up with leads, enquiries, and existing clients.
- Schedule appointments, assessments, meetings, or consultations.
- Maintain and update customer records in the database.
- Handle customer concerns and direct them to the appropriate department when required.
- Conduct feedback calls and collect customer satisfaction information.
- Remind clients about appointments, payments, or scheduled services.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets assigned by the organization.
- Prepare and submit call reports and follow-up status updates.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication at all times.
- Assist in admission, registration, or service enrollment processes when required.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth communication with clients.
- Support marketing and promotional activities through telephone outreach.
