About Phintex Power
Phintex Power is a growing Solar EPC company involved in the development and execution of solar energy projects. We are looking for a Tender Executive who can independently manage the end-to-end tendering and bidding process.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and monitor relevant Solar EPC, Renewable Energy, Government, PSU and DISCOM tenders.
- Review NIT, RFP, BOQ, technical specifications, eligibility criteria and commercial terms.
- Prepare and compile technical and commercial tender documents.
- Prepare BOQ, costing, rate analysis and commercial comparisons.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Projects and Management teams for tender requirements.
- Handle online e-tendering and bid submission through relevant portals.
- Manage EMD, tender fees, Bank Guarantees and other tender-related documentation.
- Prepare technical compliance sheets, pre-qualification documents and other required formats.
- Track corrigendums, amendments, pre-bid meetings and tender clarifications.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders, tender results, EMDs and upcoming opportunities.
- Track the tender process through technical evaluation, financial bid opening and LOA/Work Order.
- Support management in costing, pricing and bidding strategy.
- Ensure all bids are submitted accurately and within the prescribed timelines.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Solar EPC tendering and bidding processes.
- Experience in Government / PSU / DISCOM / Renewable Energy tenders will be preferred.
- Knowledge of e-tendering portals and GeM.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and PDF documentation.
- Ability to understand BOQ, technical specifications and commercial conditions.
- Strong analytical, documentation and coordination skills.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tenders simultaneously and work under deadlines.
Candidate Profile
- Education: Graduate / Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil or a related field.
- Experience: 2–6 years in Tendering / Bidding.
- Preferred: Experience in Solar EPC / Electrical EPC / Renewable Energy.
- Candidates who can independently manage tenders from tender identification to final submission will be preferred.
Compensation & Location
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month, based on experience and skills
