Role Summary:
The Retail Sales Executive is responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience, driving showroom sales, promoting Sleepwell products, and ensuring smooth day-to-day retail operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Explain product features, offers, pricing, and benefits clearly.
Maintain showroom cleanliness and product displays.
Handle billing, customer queries, and basic documentation.
Support inventory checks and stock management.
Build positive customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
Coordinate with store teams for smooth operations.
Eligibility:
Minimum Qualification: Graduate
Freshers can apply (Retail experience preferred)
Pay: ₹18,000.00 per month
