We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Banquet Manager to support our banquet operations at The Altius Hotel, Chandigarh. The role includes managing events, coordinating with teams, and ensuring guests have a smooth and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute all banquet events.
- Drive customer engagement by proactively reaching out to clients, securing party bookings, and coordinating event details to ensure a seamless and successful experience.
- Coordinate with kitchen, service, and housekeeping teams for smooth operations.
- Supervise banquet staff and ensure service standards are followed.
- Handle guest queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Check event setups, décor, and equipment before each function.
- Maintain inventory of banquet supplies and ensure proper reporting.
- Support billing, cost control, and paperwork related to events.
