Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead MOHE Hospital. The CEO will be responsible for strategic leadership, hospital operations, partnerships, and ensuring quality healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and direction for the hospital.
Oversee overall hospital administration, operations, and program management.
Develop and implement healthcare programs and community initiatives.
Manage financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Build partnerships with government bodies, NGOs, healthcare institutions, and donors.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies.
Lead and manage hospital staff, ensuring high-quality patient care.
Monitor performance, evaluate outcomes, and improve service delivery.
Represent the organization in public forums, meetings, and collaborations.
Required Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Social Science / Public Health / Healthcare Management / Social Work or related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in healthcare management, social sector leadership, or hospital administration.
Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
Experience working with healthcare institutions, NGOs, or public health programs.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience managing hospitals or large healthcare projects.
Knowledge of government health schemes and policies.
Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive organizational growth.
