Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to operate and maintain industrial 3D printing machines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for machine setup, monitoring print operations, basic maintenance, quality inspection, and ensuring production targets are achieved while following safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate industrial 3D printing machines in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Set up machines, load materials, and prepare print jobs for production.
- Monitor print processes and ensure uninterrupted machine operation.
- Remove finished parts, clean build platforms, and prepare machines for subsequent production runs.
- Perform visual and basic dimensional inspections of printed parts using measuring instruments.
- Conduct routine machine cleaning, preventive maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate production, maintenance, and quality records.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and 5S workplace standards.
- Report machine issues, defects, or production deviations to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to achieve production targets.
Requirements
- Diploma, ITI, or equivalent technical qualification preferred.
- Freshers with a strong technical aptitude or candidates with 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing or machine operation are welcome.
- Basic understanding of machine operation and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and SOPs.
- Familiarity with measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers and Micrometers.
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic computer skills for maintaining production records.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with industrial 3D printing or additive manufacturing is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
