Job Responsibilities of Senior Interior Engineer
- Planning, supervising, and executing interior fit-out and finishing works as per project requirements.
- Coordinating with architects, designers, consultants, vendors, and contractors for smooth project execution.
- Reviewing interior drawings, BOQ, specifications, and ensuring work is carried out accordingly.
- Managing site activities including civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, and finishing works.
- Monitoring project schedules and ensuring completion within the approved timeline.
- Ensuring quality control and maintaining industry standards during execution.
- Conducting site inspections and resolving technical issues related to interior works.
- Preparing project progress reports and updating management regularly.
- Verifying contractor bills, material consumption, and work measurements.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies at the project site.
- Coordinating procurement of interior materials and ensuring timely availability at site.
- Managing manpower deployment and supervising site engineers and workers.
- Attending client meetings and providing technical support during project discussions.
- Ensuring proper documentation of drawings, approvals, work orders, and project records.
- Monitoring project costs and controlling wastage to maintain budget efficiency.
