Job Summary
The Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff performance, ensuring efficient departmental coordination, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the clinic. The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage daily clinic and administrative operations.
Supervise, guide, and evaluate staff performance.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and healthcare standards.
Monitor staff attendance, scheduling, and productivity.
Prepare and submit operational reports to management.
Handle operational issues and resolve workplace concerns effectively.
Monitor expenses and ensure efficient use of resources.
Implement process improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency.
Ensure high standards of patient service and satisfaction.
Support management in achieving organizational goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of clinic or healthcare operations.
Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
Experience
3–5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in a healthcare, hospital, clinic, or pharmacy setting.
