About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled PU / Adhesive Dispensing Machine Operator to join our production team.
You will be responsible for efficient and precise application of adhesives on footwear components, ensuring strong bonding and high-quality finished products.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate the PU / Adhesive Dispensing Machine (Dudh Machine) safely and efficiently
Apply adhesive on soles, uppers, insoles, and other components as per production requirements
Maintain consistent glue flow, temperature, and pressure for uniform application
Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the machine
Inspect shoe components before and after adhesive application to ensure quality standards
Report machine malfunctions, adhesive shortages, or defects to the supervisor
Follow safety protocols, including gloves, masks, and protective gear
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum High School / ITI / Diploma (Mechanical / Production preferred)
1–3 years of experience in PU / adhesive machines or footwear production
Knowledge of PU glue, adhesives, and footwear materials
Ability to troubleshoot minor machine issues
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Preferred Attributes:
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Familiarity with footwear production processes
Ability to work in a team and meet production targets
Work Schedule:
Full-time, shift-based operations as per production schedule
Salary & Benefits:
Up to ₹30,000 (based on experience & knowledge)
Overtime pay as per company policy
