Agency / Broker Sales - Non Motor Insurance - 3+ years - Nashik
We are hiring Agency / Broker Sales - Non Motor Insurance for a leading General Insurance company. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in Agency Sales, Retail Broking, Non-Motor Insurance, Broker Relationship Management, and Team Handling who can drive business growth, profitability, and channel expansion.

Responsibilities -
- Drive monthly business targets through retail brokers and achieve revenue goals.
- Expand the Non-Motor Insurance portfolio by promoting products across the assigned territory.
- Recruit, onboard, and activate brokers and agents to strengthen the distribution network.
- Achieve Gross Written Premium (GWP) targets while maintaining profitability and Combined Operating Ratio (COR) within budget.
- Build and manage strong relationships with retail brokers, ensuring business growth and partner engagement.
- Lead, mentor, and train Relationship Managers, brokers, and agents on products, processes, and company USPs.
- Coordinate with Underwriting, Claims, and Operations teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and resolve underwriting or policy-related issues.
- Ensure IRDAI compliance and identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and broker development.
Requirements -
- Graduate (Insurance background preferred).
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in General Insurance.
- Experience in Agency & Retail Broking – Non-Motor is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of Non-Motor products such as Fire, Marine, Liability, Property, Engineering, etc.
- Experience in broker management, agency sales, business development, and channel sales.
- Knowledge of GWP, COR, underwriting processes, and IRDAI regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
