Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The role involves supporting end-to-end recruitment activities, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for candidates. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing potential candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.)
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions with candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
- Support employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Handle onboarding formalities for selected candidates.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR functions.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR domain.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA human resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
