About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Visual Designer with specialised skills in 3D art, UI/UX design, motion graphics and video production.
The selected candidate should be able to independently manage:
3D modelling and animation
Product and anatomical visualisation
UI/UX design

Video editing
Product demonstration videos
Website design
Marketing creatives
Brand communication
The ideal candidate should have professional experience working with technology, SaaS, healthcare, AI, medical, dental or digital-product companies.
This is a multidisciplinary role for someone who can combine 3D visualisation, product design and marketing communication to transform complex technical and clinical concepts into premium, engaging and easy-to-understand visual content.
The person should be capable of creating high-quality visuals comparable to leading healthcare technology and dental AI companies.
Key Responsibilities
3D Art, Modelling and Animation
Create professional 3D models, animations and visualisations for dental, healthcare, AI and technology products.
Develop realistic and stylised 3D representations of teeth, jaws, oral anatomy, dental conditions, dental devices and clinical procedures.
Create 3D product renders for websites, advertisements, catalogues, presentations, exhibitions and product-launch campaigns.
Model, texture, rig, light, animate and render high-quality 3D assets.
Create animations explaining dental conditions, treatments, product workflows and AI-based detection processes.
Develop 3D dental visualisations showing cavities, calculus, gum recession, swollen gums, bone loss and other oral conditions.
Create before-and-after animations and educational visualisations for patients and dental professionals.
Produce cinematic camera movements, lighting setups, materials, environments and realistic rendering.
Prepare optimized 3D assets for videos, websites, mobile applications and interactive product demonstrations.
Create interactive or real-time 3D experiences using Unreal Engine, Blender, Three.js, WebGL or similar technologies.
Work with developers to integrate 3D models and animations into websites, SaaS applications and product interfaces.
Convert medical scans, CAD files, dental models or reference images into understandable 3D visualisations when required.
Maintain properly organised source files, textures, materials, models and reusable 3D asset libraries.
Product Videos and Motion Graphics
Create professional product demonstration videos for AI, healthcare and SaaS products.
Develop explainer videos, promotional videos, feature walkthroughs, onboarding videos and short-form marketing videos.
Combine 3D animations, motion graphics, product interfaces and screen recordings into polished product videos.
Create animated user-interface demonstrations, transitions, titles, infographics and visual effects.
Convert technical features and clinical workflows into simple and engaging visual stories.
Record and edit screen demonstrations, voiceovers, UI animations and product walkthroughs.
Create videos suitable for websites, LinkedIn, presentations, exhibitions, advertisements and product launches.
Work with product and technical teams to understand software functionality before producing visual content.
Create storyboards and visual plans before starting major videos or 3D animation projects.
UI/UX and Product Design
Design user interfaces for web applications, SaaS platforms, dashboards, mobile applications and internal tools.
Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity designs, clickable prototypes and scalable design systems.
Design AI-result dashboards, clinical visualisation screens, patient reports and dentist-facing interfaces.
Improve the usability, consistency and visual presentation of existing products.
Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Convert complex technical and clinical workflows into simple and intuitive interfaces.
Review existing product screens and recommend improvements in navigation, usability and visual hierarchy.
Incorporate 3D elements into product interfaces wherever they improve understanding or engagement.
Website Design
Design and improve company and product websites.
Create modern landing pages, product pages, feature pages, pricing sections and campaign pages.
Develop premium website visuals using 3D models, animated product renders, motion graphics and interactive elements.
Design interactive 3D sections for products, dental anatomy or clinical workflows.
Ensure website designs are responsive, visually consistent and conversion-focused.
Coordinate with frontend developers for implementation and quality review.
Create icons, illustrations, banners, product mockups, 3D visuals and other website assets.
Optimise 3D and motion assets to maintain website performance.
Marketing and Social Media Creatives
Develop professional LinkedIn posts, carousels, banners, advertisements, product announcements and promotional creatives.
Create regular visual content for company LinkedIn pages and other digital channels.
Use 3D renders and animations to create premium product-launch and brand campaigns.
Design creatives for pilot programs, events, exhibitions, recruitment, partnerships and educational campaigns.
Maintain consistency across all branding and marketing materials.
Assist in planning visual content calendars for LinkedIn and marketing campaigns.
Repurpose long videos, 3D animations and product content into short clips, reels, posts and promotional assets.
Flyers, Brochures and Product Catalogues
Design product catalogues, brochures, flyers, posters, standees, exhibition materials, pitch decks and sales presentations.
Create high-quality 3D product renders for catalogues, brochures and sales materials.
Develop product sheets that clearly communicate features, benefits, workflows and use cases.
Prepare print-ready and digital-ready artwork.
Coordinate with marketing, sales, product and management teams to ensure content accuracy.
Maintain organised source files and reusable templates.
Required Skills
4–5 years of professional experience in visual design, 3D art, 3D animation, UI/UX, motion graphics, video production or digital-product design.
Strong professional portfolio demonstrating 3D modelling, 3D animation, product rendering, motion graphics, UI/UX, website design and product videos.
Advanced knowledge of at least one major 3D software platform, such as:
Blender
Cinema 4D
Autodesk Maya
3ds Max
Unreal Engine
Strong understanding of:
3D modelling
Texturing and UV mapping
Materials and shaders

Camera composition
Post-production and compositing
Ability to produce both realistic and stylised 3D visualisations.
Experience optimising 3D models and textures for websites, applications or real-time environments.

Experience creating SaaS, technology, healthcare, AI or software-product demonstration videos.

Ability to understand technical products and explain them through simple visuals.
Experience creating animations from Figma screens and software interfaces.
Knowledge of screen recording, audio editing, subtitles, voiceover synchronisation and video optimisation.
Experience designing responsive websites and developer-ready UI files.
Ability to work independently and manage several creative projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver work within deadlines.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience in dental, medical, healthcare technology, artificial intelligence, SaaS or B2B software.
Experience creating dental anatomy, medical anatomy, clinical-procedure or healthcare-education animations.

Knowledge of sculpting tools such as ZBrush.
Experience with rendering engines such as Cycles, Eevee, Octane, Redshift or Arnold.
Experience with Webflow, WordPress, Framer or similar website-building platforms.
Familiarity with product marketing and conversion-focused design.
Experience creating pitch decks and product presentations for investors, clients or exhibitions.
Basic understanding of video scripting, storyboarding and marketing copy.
Experience managing or contributing to a company LinkedIn page.
Understanding of AI tools for video generation, image generation, voiceovers, 3D asset generation and content production.
