Position: Patient Care Assistant Trainer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced PCA Trainer to deliver high-quality training in patient care and healthcare support services. The trainer will be responsible for equipping trainees with essential knowledge, practical skills, and professional behavior required for roles in hospitals, clinics, and home healthcare settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver classroom and practical training on patient care, hygiene, and basic healthcare procedures
- Train students in vital signs monitoring, patient mobility, feeding, and bedside assistance
- Demonstrate infection control practices and safety protocols
- Develop lesson plans, training materials, and assessment tools
- Conduct practical demonstrations and simulations for real-world scenarios
- Evaluate trainee performance through assessments and practical evaluations
- Maintain trainee records, attendance, and progress reports
- Ensure adherence to healthcare standards and guidelines
- Support placement activities and prepare trainees for hospital/clinical environments
- Coordinate with center team for smooth execution of training programs
Eligibility Criteria:
- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / ANM / Diploma in Patient Care or related healthcare field
- Minimum 2–5 years of clinical or training experience
- Prior experience in skill development or vocational training preferred
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of patient care procedures and hospital protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to train and mentor students effectively
- Demonstration and practical teaching skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, reporting)
Preferred:
- Experience working in NSDC/Skill India/CSR projects
- Certification in Training of Trainers (ToT)
- Exposure to hospital or healthcare training institutes
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
