- Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas are cleaned and maintained as per Bloom standards and defined timelines
- Prepare rooms for check-ins with proper cleanliness, linen, and amenities placement
- Maintain hygiene, sanitization, grooming, and SOP compliance at all times
- Handle linen, cleaning supplies, and amenities responsibly while minimizing wastage and reporting shortages/damages timely
- Attend guest requests promptly and coordinate effectively with Front Office and Maintenance teams for smooth operations
- Report maintenance issues, lost & found items, and operational concerns accurately and on time
- Ensure proper completion of daily task sheets, checklists, attendance, and shift reporting
- Support the team during high occupancy periods and contribute towards maintaining positive guest experience and room audit scores
- Follow all safety guidelines, chemical handling procedures, and operational protocols as defined by the organization
- Maintain productivity, punctuality, discipline, and operational consistency during shifts
