Role Overview
You'll own the day-to-day performance of Knya's 3PL-operated warehouse across B2B, B2C, embroidery, returns, and inventory. You are our person on the ground, making sure dispatch SLAs are met, inventory stays accurate, and every escalation gets closed the same day. When the warehouse or our EMB vendor slips, you're the one who catches it and fixes it.
Key Responsibilities
3PL Performance
- Own the overall relationship and performance of the 3PL warehouse team
- Enforce SLAs on pick-pack-dispatch TAT, order accuracy, and inventory accuracy
- Run regular warehouse audits covering process, hygiene, and compliance
- Drive weekly and monthly reviews with the 3PL, tracking penalties, escalations, and corrective actions
- Hold the 3PL to Knya's SOPs for packaging, labelling, and channel-specific requirements B2B Fulfilment
- Oversee fulfilment for marketplace B2B (quick-commerce, Amazon B2B, Noon), inter-store transfers, and direct bulk orders
- Ensure timely PO processing, pick-pack-dispatch, and appointment-based delivery or self-pickup coordination B2C Fulfilment
- Oversee fulfilment for B2C marketplace orders (Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart) and our own D2C website orders
- Ensure timely dispatch, correct labelling and packaging per channel, and smooth carrier pickup coordination

- Manage the EMB vendor relationship, logistics, and daily coordination
- Track EMB batches end-to-end, from pending at vendor through QC to dispatch
- Keep EMB trackers accurate and clean at all times
- Hold EMB SLAs: 5-day TAT for EMB orders and 1-day for non-EMB, expediting anything delayed
- Ensure 9 AM and 12 PM batch cutoffs reach the EMB vendor on schedule
- Dispatch batches received the previous evening and current first-half same day, with handover completed on time
- For non-EMB, dispatch picklists created till 3 PM the same day
- Coordinate daily with the midmile team for EMB movement and handoffs
- Handle special requests like EMB preview approvals and expedited Porter delivery Returns (B2B & B2C)
- Own the returns-to-putaway process in the warehouse
- Ensure timely inspection, QC, and re-stocking of returned goods
- Clear pending returns and RTOs with no pendency beyond 2 days Inventory Hygiene & Cycle Counts
- Own inventory accuracy across the warehouse, reconciling physical against system stock
- Plan and run cycle counts on a daily, weekly, and monthly cadence, plus full stock audits
- Clear pending GRNs with no pendency beyond 2 days
- Keep WMS data accurate and updated in real time Daily Rhythm & Escalations
- Run morning and evening flow calls to review open tickets and action items
- Action HO email escalations and close them the same day
- Respond on time to CS tickets, delayed dispatch cases, and general operational escalations
- Report key metrics to leadership: dispatch TAT, inventory accuracy, EMB TAT adherence, cycle count variance, and 3PL SLA compliance
Must Haves
- 2 to 4 years in warehouse operations, ideally managing 3PL-operated warehouses
- Strong track record across B2B and B2C fulfilment on marketplaces and own website
- Experience managing vendor-based processes like embroidery or value-added services, with batch tracking and TAT adherence
- Hands-on with cycle counting, GRN processing, and inventory reconciliation
- Comfortable in Excel or Sheets for MIS reporting, with ERP or WMS exposure (Unicommerce, Increff, or similar)
- A strong ownership mindset, happy to be accountable for outcomes delivered by an external partner
- Open to regular travel to 3PL warehouse sites
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
