Position: Admissions Counsellor

EuroSchool Chimney Hills is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Admissions Counsellor to join our team.
Requirements:
Experience: 2 to 4 years in a similar role (school admissions or customer-facing roles preferred - in and around Chikkabanavara)
Education: MBA (preferred)
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive and persuasive attitude
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
Comfortable with walk-in interactions and guiding prospective parents through the admission processes.
Responsibilities:
Engage with walk-in enquiries and provide detailed information about the school and its offerings
Handle admission-related queries both in person and over calls
Convert leads into admissions through effective counselling
Maintain records and follow up with potential candidates
Work closely with the school leadership and marketing team
