● Oversee and supervise ongoing construction activities within the garden premises
● Ensure all construction work is executed as per approved drawings and
specifications
● Monitor site progress and maintain quality control standards
● Coordinate with the Project Engineer on a regular basis
● Identify and report site challenges proactively to avoid delays
● Ensure proper utilization of materials and workforce at site
● Maintain basic site records and reports
