We are looking for a 3D Rendering Specialist to create high-impact, photorealistic visuals for our international luxury township projects.

What You’ll Do
- Create photorealistic renders for:
- Luxury villas & interiors
- Township masterplans & landscapes
- Clubhouse, restaurant & rooftop spaces
- Develop 3D walkthroughs & animations
- Work on day, dusk & night lighting moods
- Translate concepts into sellable, lifestyle-driven visuals
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in 3D visualization (real estate / hospitality preferred)
Strong skills in:
- AutoCAD / Sketchup / Blender
- Eye for luxury aesthetics, lighting & detailing
- Ability to create emotion-driven, high-quality renders
- Accommodation provided.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹660,000.00 per year
