Job Description - Depot Manager
Location - Raipur
Job Summary :
The Depot Manager will be responsible for manage end-to-end depot operations, including inventory, dispatch, team management, MIS reporting, and customer coordination while ensuring compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and operational KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily warehouse and depot operations.
- Lead warehouse staff, supervisours, DEOs, and support teams.
- Ensure receiving, storage, inventory control, dispatch, and customer service.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and stock verification.
- Follow SOPs, safety standards, and statutory compliance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Manage manpower, productivity, attendance, and performance.
- Handle audits, customer escalations, and process improvemant.
- Train and develop team members.
What we are looking for?
- 4-8 years of experience in Warehouse, Logistics, 3LP, FMCG, Paint, Retail, or Manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of wearhouse operations and inventory control.
- Good leadership and team managment skills.
- Proficiency in Advance Excel, ERP/WMS, and MIS reporting.
- Willingness to travel when required.
- Self-driven and disciplined with a focus on targets and SOPs.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
