JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Cold Calling Executive with 1 to 2 years of experience in SaaS or B2B sales. The role involves high-volume outbound calling, engaging decision-makers, qualifying leads, and scheduling product demos to support the SaaS sales pipeline. The role also includes active lead generation through cold calling and outbound prospecting activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make 120 outbound calls per day to prospective B2B customers
- Drive lead generation for SaaS products through structured cold calling and outbound sales outreach
- Pitch SaaS products by explaining features, benefits, and business use cases
- Identify and engage key decision-makers
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and sales readiness
- Schedule product demos or sales meetings for the sales team
- Update CRM with accurate call notes, lead status, and follow-ups
- Handle objections and nurture early-stage prospects
- Meet daily calling targets and monthly demo/lead conversion goals
- Adhere to data privacy, compliance, and internal sales process
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- 1–2 years of experience in SaaS cold calling, inside sales, or B2B lead generation
- Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Understanding of SaaS sales cycles and customer pain points
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Target-driven mindset with strong follow-through
- Proficiency in English, Tamil, and Hindi
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience selling SaaS products to SMBs or enterprises
- Familiarity with outbound sales tools, dialers, and email sequencing
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- 1 to 2 years of experience in SaaS sales and cold calling
- Proven experience in outbound calling and lead generation for SaaS products
- Understanding of B2B sales processes and customer qualification
- Willingness to travel for in-person client meetings or store visits when required
