We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage large-scale Commercial Interior Fit-Out Projects across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and delivering projects within timelines, budget, and quality standards while leading site teams and coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
This role requires frequent travel and the ability to manage multiple projects at various locations across India.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Manage end-to-end execution of commercial interior fit-out projects.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per approved specifications.
- Identify project risks and implement corrective actions to maintain timelines.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor Supervisors, Senior Site Supervisors, and Assistant Project Managers.
- Allocate responsibilities and monitor team performance.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and ensure seamless site coordination.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, quality, and execution teams.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors.
Quality & Safety
- Ensure all work complies with company quality standards and client expectations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and monitor workmanship.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and statutory compliance.
Budget & Cost Control
- Monitor project budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.
- Optimize manpower, materials, and equipment utilization.
- Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors to achieve commercial objectives.
Pan India Project Management
- Handle multiple commercial fit-out projects across India.
- Travel extensively to project locations as required.
- Resolve site-related challenges and ensure smooth execution across all locations.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports.
- Maintain documentation related to project execution, site activities, and resource utilization.
- Report project status, risks, and financial updates to the Project Head.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- 5–8 years of experience in Commercial Interior Fit-Out Project Management.
- Proven experience managing large-scale commercial interior projects.
Required SkillsTechnical Skills
- Strong knowledge of commercial interior fit-out execution.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, and AutoCAD.
- Excellent understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and project scheduling.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
