Job Description – Automobile Sales Team Leader
Position: Sales Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Allocate sales leads and territories to sales executives.
- Monitor daily sales activities and provide guidance to team members.
- Train, motivate, and support sales executives to improve performance.
- Conduct field visits and assist the team in generating new customer leads.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain customer relationships.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
- Coordinate with the marketing and finance teams for sales promotions and customer requirements.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of automobile sales processes and customer handling.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and report preparation.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automobile sales, preferably in the two-wheeler industry.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel for field visits.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
