Role:
The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and managing a brand’s social media strategy to increase online presence, drive engagement, and achieve business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business objectives.
- Create, schedule, and manage content across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build online communities.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics like engagement, reach, and conversions to measure success.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and platform updates to optimize strategies.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Manage influencer collaborations and partnerships to expand brand reach.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports with actionable insights.
- Handle crisis management and address negative feedback or comments professionally.
