Coral Perfumes India is part of a leading UAE-based fragrance company with operations across India, UAE, Oman, Australia, Mauritius, and other international markets. We specialize in premium perfumes, oriental fragrances, and lifestyle products, delivering exceptional customer experiences across our retail network.
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Counter Sales Person to join our perfume retail team. The candidate will assist customers in selecting fragrances, provide excellent customer service, achieve sales targets, and maintain brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the Shop/kiosk.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable perfumes and fragrance products.
- Demonstrate product features, fragrance notes, and usage.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle billing.
- Maintain product displays and shop/kiosk cleanliness.
- Manage stock arrangement and inform supervisors about low inventory.
- Build good customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Stay updated on new arrivals, offers, and perfume trends.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
