Education: Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) – Mandatory
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Product Engineer who will support our sales team with technical product knowledge, customer requirements, and product-related assistance. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering and basic knowledge of electrical products/equipment. Candidates with experience or knowledge in the Power Industry will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and product-related assistance to the sales team.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable product solutions.
- Prepare technical documents, product specifications, and presentations.
- Coordinate with sales and internal teams for product-related queries.
- Assist in product demonstrations and client discussions.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated with industry trends.
- Support troubleshooting and technical problem-solving.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) is mandatory.
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems/products.
- Knowledge of power industry will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with sales and technical teams.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
