Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare ice creams, desserts, and related products as per standard recipes and SOPs
- Follow portion sizes, measurements, and quality standards strictly
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, equipment, and workstations
- Assist in basic food prep, mixing, assembling, and packing of products
- Ensure proper storage of raw materials and finished products (FIFO method)
- Handle kitchen tools and machines safely and responsibly
- Support senior kitchen staff during peak hours
- Follow food safety, personal hygiene, and grooming standards
- Inform supervisor about stock shortages, spoilage, or equipment issues
- Minimize wastage and handle ingredients carefully
- Follow company policies, discipline, and work ethics
Required Skills & Qualities:
- Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food handling
- Ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
- Honest, punctual, and team-oriented
- Calm under pressure during rush hours
- Willingness to learn and improve skills
Eligibility:
- Prior kitchen or food handling experience preferred (not mandatory)
- Training will be provided
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
