Job description:
1. Responsible for Lateral Hiring & closing strategic positions
2. Handling Onboarding & Orientation procedures
3. Handling the Talent Management (especially for the freshers)
4. Hands on with HR Policies according to statutory provisions & Implementing SOP.
5. Compensation Structures and Appraisals Procedures.
6. Employee Engagement (RnR, Fun Activities, Festival Celebration)
7. Payroll & Attendance management of approx.
8. Handling employee grievances.
9. Exit procedures (FNF, Termination)
10. HR Metrics to analyse the HR trends.
11. Supervising the Admin Department with terms related to Security of the facility, Sanitation & Food safety protocols.
12. Participated in various HR Audits (Customer & statutory).
13. Conducting Training and development collaborating with the department heads.
14. Conducting Quarterly performance Management & Satisfaction survey for the employees.
Qualification:-
- MBA (HR )
- Minimum 2-3 years of HR & Admin Manager experience.
- Automobile experience is an extra advantages.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
