Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Logistics & Warehouse Manager to manage warehouse operations, inventory, logistics, and e-commerce order fulfillment for our cosmetics and skincare products. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate inventory, timely dispatches, seamless coordination with courier partners, and efficient delivery to distributors, retailers, and online customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage warehouse operations, inventory, storage, packing, and dispatch.
- Handle e-commerce order processing and fulfillment through online marketplaces and D2C channels.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
- Implement FIFO/FEFO, batch-wise inventory, and expiry management.
- Coordinate with courier partners, transport vendors, distributors, and 3PL providers.
- Monitor order fulfillment, returns (RTO), reverse logistics, and delivery performance.
- Lead warehouse staff and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Production, Sales, Finance, and Customer Support teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, and e-commerce operations, preferably in cosmetics, skincare, FMCG, or personal care products.
- Proficiency in ERP/WMS, inventory management systems, Microsoft Excel, and e-commerce platforms.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
