Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Admission Counsellor to engage with prospective candidates, provide guidance, and support them throughout the admission process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, and a customer-focused approach to ensure a positive admission experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to admissions and inquiries.
- Counsel prospective candidates and provide relevant information.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective candidates.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Achieve admission and enrollment targets.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in Admission Counselling, Telecalling, Customer Support, Sales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counseling and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office is preferred.
- Fluency in both Tamil and English is mandatory
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
