Key Responsibilities
- System Management: Install, configure, patch, and maintain Linux distributions (e.g., Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL, SUSE) across physical, virtual, and cloud environments.
- Automation & Scripting: Write and maintain automation scripts using Bash, Python, or Perl to eliminate manual processes.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor system health, memory, and CPU usage using tools like Zabbix, Nagios, or Prometheus to proactively prevent downtime.
- Security & Backups: Implement system hardening, firewall configurations, and disaster recovery procedures to safeguard data and protect against vulnerabilities
- User Management: Manage user accounts, access controls, and permissions to ensure system integrity.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- OS Expertise: Deep understanding of Linux kernel architecture, file systems, and command-line interfaces.
- Networking Knowledge: Experience with network services (DNS, DHCP, LDAP) and protocol stacks.
- Configuration Management: Proficiency with infrastructure tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
- Troubleshooting: Strong problem-solving abilities to quickly diagnose and resolve infrastructure bottlenecks and system failures.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
