We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will combine technical knowledge with sales skills to provide advice and support on a range of products. The role includes promoting our products to potential and existing customers, providing technical solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Sales: - Understand the technical aspects of our products and effectively communicate their benefits to customers. - Identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions that align with their requirements.
- Drawing Reading: Candidate should Have excellent knowledge of 2D 3D Drawing reading and drafting.
- Customer Engagement: - Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers. - Conduct on-site visits and product demonstrations, installations to showcase the value and functionality of our products.
- Sales Strategy Development: - Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Technical Support: - Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers. - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to product performance and functionality.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: - Work closely with the engineering and product development teams to understand product specifications and enhancements. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Candidate Qualifications
- Academic Req: B.E./ B.Tech/ Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering from a premier institutes.
- Candidate should have good knowledge of Drawing reading.
- Candidate with Technical Background pref from sales Engineers in Metrology or from quality dept background.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Excellent learning skill.
- Excellent listening skill.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
- Proficient in English, Hindi, Marathi.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
