Location: Ernakulam
Salary Package: 18,000 to 21,000 per month
Responsibilities & Technical Skills
Hardware Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and replacing faulty components in laptops and desktops.
Software Installation: Operating system setup, driver updates, configuration, and software troubleshooting.
Problem Solving: Efficiently resolving technical issues reported under OEM warranty guidelines at customer locations.
Field Service: Traveling to designated client locations to perform on-site repairs and maintenance.
Requirements
Valid Driving License
Two-wheeler (mandatory for field visits)
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
