LeoFintech Solutions is looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Marketer to manage, optimize, and grow our social media presence across platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for creating organic content strategies, managing social communities, executing targeted ad campaigns, and driving overall digital engagement for our brand and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Planning: Develop monthly content calendars for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and X (Twitter) aligned with business goals.
- Organic Growth & Community Management: Write compelling captions, engage with followers, reply to comments/DMs, and build an active online community.
- Performance Marketing (Paid Ads): Set up, run, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram Ads) and LinkedIn Ads to drive leads and traffic.
- Reels & Short-Form Video Strategy: Collaborate with graphic designers and AI video creators to plan viral reels, promotional videos, and trend-based short content.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance metrics (reach, engagement, ROI, lead conversions) using social media tools and present weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Trend Research: Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithm updates, audio trends, and competitive strategies to keep visual content relevant.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing or digital content management.
- Platform Mastery: In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Instagram Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, and social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later).
- Skills: Strong copywriting skills in English and Hindi, basic photo/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut), and sound knowledge of hashtag strategies.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to read data, identify winning creatives, and optimize campaigns for lower CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and higher ROI.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Pay: ₹10,334.19 - ₹34,466.03 per month
