We are looking for a results-oriented, energetic and highly motivated Business Development Executive with basic knowledge of different platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, Guru, PPH and Freelancer. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales and should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience - 2 to 4 years

Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through various channels and take meetings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve sales objectives.
- Provide regular reports on sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions.
- Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts.
- Identifying new revenue opportunities.
- Collaborating with management on sales goals.
- Supporting the team with other responsibilities as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Upwork platform and bidding process
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Results-driven with a strong desire to succeed in a sales environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing market conditions.
MBA students will be preferred with good communication skills:-
