About the Role
Hirekarma Private Limited is looking for a motivated Business Development Intern to join the Lighthouse Placement Team for a 3-month internship. The intern will support employer outreach, job sourcing, and placement activities while gaining practical experience in business development, recruitment, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source job openings through job portals, social media, and employer networks.
- Connect with HR professionals and employers to understand hiring requirements.
- Assist in employer onboarding and relationship management.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate follow-ups, and placement activities.
- Maintain records of employers, job openings, interviews, and candidate placements.
- Support the team in achieving placement and employer acquisition goals.
Eligibility
- Final-year students or recent graduates from any discipline.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
