Role Overview
The Founder's Office Associate will work directly with the founders and leadership team on high-impact initiatives across strategy, operations, partnerships, and execution. This is a high-ownership, high-learning role suited for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and enjoys solving ambiguous problems.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution

Drive founder-led initiatives from 0 to 1, including new markets, products, or strategic partnerships.

Track and drive progress on the company’s strategic roadmap; identify and resolve bottlenecks proactively.

Run strategic reviews, board decks, investor updates, and key planning cycles (quarterly/annual).
Founder's Office & Stakeholder Management

Act as the thought partner and proxy for the Founder in meetings and decision-making forums.

Prepare briefs, talking points, and research material for high-stakes discussions.

Liaise across functions and investor groups to ensure timely updates and alignment.
Cross-functional Leadership

Own and drive high-impact, cross-team projects (example: village-level expansion playbook, logistics optimization, or cost efficiency projects).

Set up OKRs, dashboards, and review mechanisms across business functions.
Operational Efficiency

Identify gaps and inefficiencies in internal processes and implement scalable solutions.

Improve team coordination, communication, and internal cadences (e.g., all-hands, weekly syncs).
Qualifications
Ideal Candidate Profile

3–8 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, venture-backed startups, or founder’s office roles.

Strong first-principles thinker with the ability to simplify complex problems.

Proven track record of working with leadership teams and managing ambiguity.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Hustler mindset – someone who rolls up their sleeves and executes with speed and accountability.

Prior exposure to supply chain, rural commerce, FMCG, or agri-tech is a strong plus.

MBA from Tier-1 institute preferred but not mandatory.
