Duties
1. Help Clients with any support services required from the company.
2. Bridge communication between Clients and Company.
3. Handle Calls to clarify Export-Import related queries of our Past Participants.
4. Call Prospects whose payments have got declined and decrease drop out rate.
(NO COLD CALLING PROCESS IN OUR COMPANY)
5. Moderate Q&A Interaction in Zoom Meetings and Webinars.
6. Handle Chat and Email Support Channels
Preference for Candidates:
1. Prior experience and Trained on similar roles for a period over 2 Years.
2. Should have a Laptop and Phone in good condition, as work mode is partially work from home.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
