Job Title: Senior Project Engineer
Location: Saibaba Colony,Coimbatore
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Project Engineer to oversee and manage construction projects from planning to completion. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, quality control, coordination with contractors, and ensuring timely project delivery within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors
- Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards
- Manage project schedules and control costs
- Handle client and bank inspections (stage completion reports)
- Verify bills, BOQs, and contractor payments
- Ensure compliance with local authority regulations
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
Qualification:
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
