Key Responsibilities
· Develop and implement marketing strategies for polymer and packaging products
· Identify potential sales opportunities and generate qualified leads within the Howrah region
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
· Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer trend analysis
· Coordinate with sales, production, and design teams to ensure seamless project execution
· Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets
· Support branding, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives
· Prepare reports, presentations, and sales performance updates for management
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing within the polymer or packaging industry
· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
· Good understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and product positioning
· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
· Ability to travel within the Howrah area for client meetings and business development activities
· Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
